Where can I send off my blank hockey jersey to get a name and number on it?

I have a blank adidas Colorado Avalanche jersey that I want to get the name and number on. I want it to be authentic and sewn on. There aren’t any local shops here because I’m in Louisiana so are there any good places to send it
