Trained fighter. Teenagers would likely panic and well the trained fighter would know how to take them out, and the kids would also not be as good at taking a punch as the fighter

The trained fighter. Why? He can take out each of those skinny kids with one hit/move each. He may even be able to kill two birds with one stone. I saw a black belt take on 3 brown belts and he used them as shields and weapons against each other. There is the unlikely chance that one of those kids gets in a lucky shot. It does happen.
