It's impossible to have the correct address of something that doesn't exist. The government has Immigration and Citizenship Canada. It has been decades since a term like Bureau has been used. What you have here is a long running common scam! Did someone promise you a Canadian job and just have to pay the fees for paperwork? If it sounds to good to be true it is.

372 Rideau is a UPS Store, and is certainly not a Canadian government agency's address. Any business using that as their "address" isn't going to be the most trustworthy one out there. Most "immigration agencies" charge you a ton of money for filing paperwork you can just handle yourself, using the addresses and links provided by everybody else here.

No. The "Canadian Immigration Bureau" is a private company, NOT a government department. They like to fool gullible people, and will happily take their money. 327 Rideau Street is just a downtown location near the Rideau Shopping Centre.
