If both of my parents are from Colombia and I am from America, am I half Colombian?

My sister and I are the only Americans in our family. Everyone else is 100 percent Colombian on both sides (mom and dad) of the family, as far back as our great grandparents. My friend was arguing with me because she said that I’m practically 100 percent Colombian, but I said that I disagree, since I’m from America, wouldn’t I be Colombian-American? So would I only be half Colombian if my entire family is from Colombia but I’m from America? Or how does this work because I’m confused.

If you were born in America, that would make you a first generation American of Columbian descent.
