Where can I ask questions of how to on Yahoo?. Specifically how do I make a group?

on the right side you should see a ask a question box from there type in your question and click submit you wont be able to pick the category tho until after its posted Not sure what you mean by Group you cant make a Group of people to Ask Questions of If you mean Category's Yahoo Picks it for you but you can Change it After its Posted by clicking on the Edit Category button under the Blue Edit menu

You can go to Yahoo Groups, but we can't do it anymore as they close/turn off all emails from prfoiles. You have to invite them through their profile emails.
