What is the best way with out being charged how to get in touch with a relation I have never met?
I only know their name and surname. If I go into any family tree sites it costs too much. Is there an easier way to find out.

Rebecca has a great idea...you could also do an address search and write a letter or letters to all those with the same last name and see what happens.
