Aboriginals of a nation are not automatically referred to as "Native Americans" – Americans refers specifically to the continent(s) known as the Americas. While there has been no successful individual campaign of genocide that has been recorded, the original population, which appeared around 12,000BC, is lost. Various nomadic groups do exist.
