I have hazel green eyes but the brown dominates even when you see the green making it look more gold. How can I make my green pop out more?

Taking pictures in direct sunlight can really bring out the green in hazel eyes! Especially during the golden hour, which is between 4pm and 5pm while the sun is setting. For makeup, if we use color theory knowledge, we know that red is the complementary color to green, so wearing red lipsticks or wearing warm-toned eyeshadows (red, pink, etc) would bring out the green.
