Favoritism at work.?
I'm so fed up with the favoritism at work. Does this happen everywhere or just where I work? I'm on the verge of quiting

Everywhere but you must be incredibly insecure for it to bother you so much. Is it that you wanna to be the favorite asswipe? Lol, "L" to the forehead.

Some places it is worse than others, but it pretty much exists everywhere. It is more common in entry level type workplaces, because managers tend to be younger and less experienced, and will give more shifts/preferential shifts to their favorite employees.
