No there isn't. Kaiser isn't in Arizona and they don't start with hospitals. So, even if they decided to tap the Arizona market tomorrow, it wouldn't be a hospital. Maryland / DC / VA has dozens of facilities, but not one hospital yet. THAT is in the plan, but that's how far they'd go before they can support a hospital.
