License and some appointments. An internet connection most likely. Tricky to do this well. If you are a good agent who knows there stuff, you can make this work. Considering you are asking here, I would be shocked if you succeed. Most people would work out of an office for a decent amount of time before working from home. As such, they would already know what would be needed...
