forex trading can't make money. Some traders win, others lose but at the end of the day the net profit is 0. So it is much like traditional betting where one wins and one loses. Dux Forex is then like the pundits for horse races. Even if they are not scammers their predictions can't be that good.

No, it doesn't look like scam. I have read a lot about their services. Traders have a mixed reaction regarding their services mostly positive.
