I have an equation for equal pay. Tell me if you like it or not?

Formula for Equal Pay. Profits/ Employee(s) + Boss(es). Basically you divide the profits by it's employee or employees plus any boss or bosses. If Profits are $1000 and there are 10 employees and 1 boss. Each will get $90.91 including the boss. $90.91 for all. This are the calculations. $1000 divided by 10 plus 1 equals $90.01 Personally I believe equal pay is not just. The boss will break his head managing the company while the employee will do the easy part. I don't like equal pay. God is a Capitalist because he is The ruler and he has his workers. God commands the angels and they do his biting. God is the boss and angels are his workers. God is a hierarchy God. He has classes of angels like a city would have a class of citizen. Like first class, second class, and third class. The angels pay is the delight that brings to them serving God.

You evidently know absolutely nothing about running a business. Your 'equation' would see the company in liquidation within a month.

That will give the lazy a reason to not work harder, and those working harder a reason to slack off -- and the boss no means of dealing with either.

I heard on the news about a large bakery that started doing that. The owner's wages are the same amount as the employees, even the teenager who sweeps the floors. Employee morale and loyalty is very high, and the turnover rate is very low...practically non existent. It is a good business model. It is in no way communist. Communism is when the government owns the business and everybody's check comes from the government whether they show up for work or not.

The math work shown is great. But, it ends there. Religion and Spirituality: God is generous (communist) so he pays the first and the last laborer the same amount at the end of each day. (God knows they all have to feed their family, so he pays them enough for a day). God is business minded. He who doubled his share from 5 coins to 10 coins will get the one coin that the man with no profit had been given. Even the little that he had would be taken away from him. Here God is a Capitalist. Update 1. Yes, God does command His angels do His bidding. It is good to know God and to be a special person, a chosen one, a child of God. Few have this Grace. Jesus gave us His Holy Spirit, Wonderful Counselor.
