How do I get a card at the bank?

My dad opened a bank account for me and I got a debit card and he got a card with my same bank account number and debit card number so he can just deposit money into my account but a couple of weeks ago I got a replacement card with a new debit card number but no replacement card for my dad, how do I get this type of card for him? Or what is it actually called? Thank you. I’m with Bank of America.

Have your dad phone the customer service toll free number to get an additional card.
