You need to go to your PayPal account and register details of your new bank account. PayPal will verify the account by transferring 5 cents to it and asking you to tell them the reference number which you can find immediately if you have internet banking. (If you don't have internet banking, you'll have to wait for a statement.) Once the account has been verified, you can transfer money into it.

Yes, I've been doing it for years. Go into your PayPal profile settings and set up the link to the bank account. It takes a few days to verify. Then you simply use the "Transfer Money" link on the PayPal web site. It takes about 2 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
