find someone else with a child that needs a roommate..since they will be unrelated, prefer the same gender especially as they get older. you can get a 1 or 2 bedroom. kids in the bedroom, parents on couches or 1 parent/child per room in a 2 bedroom or parents in 1 room/kids in the other if you can afford 3 BR, each adult can have their own room and kids share.
