The "respray" can be done in thirty minutes. It is the prep work for the respray that takes time. If the car is just sprayed- in a short period of time it all peels off.

A week. Allow time to let the work get done and paint to dry between coats.

The color doesn't impact the time. The SHOP doing the work matters. For all we know, it will take them a week to get your car into the booth.
