Is it safe to wear multiple seatbelts in the car?

Seat belts are only safe when used properly. Improper use can result in serious injury or death.

Most cars have only TWO seatbelts in the back seat - not three. Most cars carry only 4 people - two in the front and two in the back. So, where's the third seatbelt?

Take a piece of piano wire, tie it around your throat, fasten it to the body of the car behind you where the roof meets the rear windshield, and then while at speed slam the car into the rear of the car in front of you when that car in front of you ever comes to a stop.
