Either a flash drive or external hard drive should do the trick for you as long as you're moving data. However, trying to move actual programs from one PC to another is a different thing to do.

Remove the HDD and either put it into another computer or replace it with another HDD.

Plug the other computer's hard disk into your current computer.

Take and print everything out. When you have your new pc hooked up scan all the pages in. Make sure you do it in the correct order if you want your documents to appear correctly and apps to work!
