Can I work at a Tech/ Phone provider store at 17?

So I am 17 years old and in the state of North Carolina, and I am really in tech. But more pacifically mobile smartphones. I am even more into cell carries, I would say I most likely know more about T-Mobile my favorite company then an average employee would. Anyway to the put, I have been trying to find anyplace that I could stay in that field and work at the age of 17. I m not interested in fixing the phones but more helping people and helping people pick the phone that s best for them. Maybe their is a way for me to work a cellular carrier too?

Have you ever gone into one of the stores and asked about working there? Don't ask "Are you hiring?" --- instead, say "I want to know about careers in your company." Or, try the modern way: Visit the company's site and click on the word "Careers".

There shouldn't be a problem with it. Go apply at T-Mobile and dress for success.

Learn as much as you can about the business by reading, talking to others in the business, asking store managers for advice. If you keep this up, by the time you are 18, you should be a very competitive applicant for an entry level job. Good luck!
