I'm thinking about getting an iphone 6. It'll take me a few weeks to save up for it. Worth it or no?

Yes iphone6 is great phone and very close to iphone7.

Worthiness of a product is in the mind of the (potential) buyer. If you think it's worth what it costs, there should be no stopping you. If you are in any doubt --- as your question suggests to me --- then it's not worth buying.
