What do I do if my phone says no service under a metal roof?

Get out from under the roof. Metal blocks radio signals. [The degree to which it does so depends on the specific signal involved.] There are cell phone repeaters and wifi extenders, one (or both) of which might solve your problem. All of them would require an antenna on or above the roof and another below it, connected with suitable cables. Don't expect to find one unit that does both jobs, and don't expect two units to share the same antennas.
