all of your memory and data is saved to the cloud. so as long as you sign into the same account for what you use on the 360, onto the xbox one, you'll see all your games and data when you sign in. some of them you may just need to re download and install again on the new console if they are disc games. even game data is saved as well and onto the games own separate network. so again, using the same account on the game, which should be the same as the console, will transfer over too. given that the xbox 360 games are backwards compatible, as not everyone is yet. the official list you can find on xbox.com.

Stuff like achievements and gamerscore are all part of your gamertag, and as long as you sign into the Xbox One using the same account and password as on the Xbox 360, all that will follow you. Any digital games you own that are backward compatible will also follow you. Saved games don't automatically follow. You have to have Xbox Live Gold, and you have to copy or move your saves on the 360 to the "Cloud Storage" device which you can only use if you have Gold. Once they're there, they'll follow your gamertag to the Xbox One. When you play 360 games on the Xbox One, it automatically uses Cloud Storage to save the games.
