Log into ps4 without controller?

I don't have my controller and i can't get past the startup/login screen. Is there any way to get past it? I have a ps vita but i never before paired it to my ps4. Can i still use it to login?

No, you need to use a controller.

I have a way. Go buy a controller from GameStop and use that to log in.
