Trying to remember the name of an Old PC Car Game?

Hi. I’m 22 years old and years ago I used to play this old PC car game where you had to change the spark plugs on the car and there was even another scene where you could spray paint the car. It wasn’t necessarily a racing game. More like a car auto shop game that was animated. Again I am 22 now but probably played this game at least 10 years ago. I can’t think of the name!
