My iPod Touch is bent what should I do?

A week ago I went to the apple store and bought an iPod Touch to replace my old broken one, I paid 299 for it and it looks bent, it works good but when I hold it it just doesn't feel right, a very bent feeling. What should I do about this? can I sue apple if they don't replace it?

If it was already bent when you took it out of the package, the problem is on Apple. If YOU bent it, even without knowing you did, all bets are off.

Are there any MIDI keyboard sound modules that can save patches that are easily played and switched back and forth live?

To connect a passive mixer to a power amp would I need to go thru the Main Out on the mixer to the power amp or somewhere else?
