A "rotary tool" ? Like what, a bench grinder...a circular saw ? If you cant be a little more specific, maybe you shouldn't be fooling around with electric or power tools...seriously.

to the blue terminal on the bottom... where are its screws? i think it is a universal motor with a dimmer ( controlling speed ) is it a mixer?
