I think you are trying to ask if you need to have them provide your TV service to also get their internet or if you could just get their internet service alone. I believe you could, though I would check their website to verify.

Yes, you can order internet-only service through the Comcast cable that normally carries the TV signals. You will need a cable modem compatible with their system, which you can buy elsewhere or rent from them.

As far as I'm aware, you do not buy computers from Comcast. You buy Internet access from them which they deliver to your house through your modem. Depending on the modem you have/rent, it may be a combo unit where you can plug in your computer.
