Why dont cities have restaurants that sell 1970's cuisine of what we all use to eat aswell as restaurants resembling other countries?

Like all the food that we all like to eat back in the 1960s and 1970s that uses the correct recipes in order to revive back to public restaurants and cafes, even if it means restaurants and cafes making Kelloggs Ricicles from 1970s recipes

Because, in spite of what you say, not everyone still likes all the food that we all like to eat back in the 1960s and 1970s , and many people were not born until the 1980s or later.

Because no one wants to eat a jello salad with pineapple and marshmallows or a molded cheese log. Then again, there is an entire chain of Melting Pot (fondue) restaurants...
