Fancy, but not overly priced restaurants in Manhattan?

I am a broke college student looking to take my girlfriend to a restaurant where we can dress up really nice and be all fancy. I don’t want to spend more than 50 dollars each. We also love really cool, laid back, speakeasy kinda vibes. I’ve heard Acme is good! If you know anything please let me know!
