Are there any homless shelters in Arkansas tjat don't require ID?
I have a friend in arkansas who is homless right now. Everywhere she has tried will not take her because they require ID, and right now she doesn't have it. Where can she go? It's too cold for her to be sleeping in her car. She's tried churches as well

Gee, Arkansas is a pretty big state. Does your friend have a car? If so, tell her to head south. If not, tell her to go to whatever they call social services in Arkansas to obtain an ID.
