CompTIA A+, N+ and S+ and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and International Business...now what?
No IT experience. CSR experience. I studied certifications because I wanted to do something useful and learn about IT.

That's up to you. Find a job and get hired and get some job experience. If you didn't do an internship, that's your fault. If you want to get a masters degree, you can, but you still need job experience, ANY job experience. That includes college work study jobs.
