I hate doing exams will level 3 or degree level apprenticeships have a lot of exams like university

You would be hard-pressed to find anyone who actually likes doing exams. Like you, most people hate them but see them as a necessary evil and get on with it. Level 3 apprenticeships can involve doing a BTEC course. Such courses do not usually have the same sort of formal exams as their equivalents, A levels. BTEC courses may involve some exams but also coursework.
