My history teacher tugged a student by the hoodie, cuz he wasnt in his seat. HE TUGGED HIM RIGHT TO HIS SEAT!?? What tf do I do.

Why should YOU do anything about it? If the student felt threatened, he should report it himself. It's not your business.

Sometimes teachers get so exasperated by the actions of their inconsiderate students. This sounds like one such case. Does it excuse the teacher? No, but the student shares half the responsibility of that unpleasant situation. If you're going to report one, you need to report both.
