Recycling steel glue cans?
Does anyone know to to recycle 1 gallon steel cans with dried all purpose cement inside? The can is steel, but I don’t want to have to take them apart and pull out the dried glue.

It's commendable that you want to recycle as much as you can. However some items are beyond the time / expense value of the process. Unless it would cost you a lot to dispose of these cans, then sadly you're probably better off allowing you local tip to deal with them instead.
