What does yep, yep mean?
One of my guys friends were starting a new job. I was pretty sure it was today, but sent a text asking If he was starting at his new job and if so, good luck
He responds back: yep, yep thanks!
What does that mean? So short......

you are thinking way too far into this. it means "yes", "affirmative" what else is he supposed to say about it??? did you want him to write a whole paragraph about the words "yes, thank you"?
