Cooked a bean burger from frozen in oven for 26 mins 222 deg c which is over. it came out piping hot but squidgy in middle. Isit ok to eat?

Yeah, we eat raw veggies with dip. You cooked these veggies. Why wouldn't it be safe?

Yes. Bean burgers often do come out like that. As long as it feels hot in the middle, it's fine. If it's not cooked in 26mins at that temperature, then your oven is just broken or something.
