Why not let the Mexicans come in for $100.00 fee on a 30 day visitor pass, give them an unlimited bus pass and tickets to Disneyland?
And after they ride around for a while and see 3rd world USA and Disneyland, they will be happy to go home.

Make that $500 fee, a timetable listing of bus services, and a postcard of Disneyland. They need not get any handouts at my expense.

Wouldn’t that encourage them to come in through the ports of entry and be identified, facial recognition etc. then they could easily be identified and tracked
