Can i run 2018 games on this system?

Not too bad, you can probably play most modern AAA titles at 1080p low/med with over 60fps. I have i5 2300, 8GB RAM, 750 ti. My processor is slightly faster than yours but your GPU is considerably faster than mine. RAM is identical. I have to bump down settings to 1080p low for smooth gameplay you can most likely play it at even medium considering you have a reasonably faster GPU. Though AC Odyssey is CPU intensive so you might be bottlenecked by your Pentium a bit.
