I would like to show an MRI image and know if things are alright?

The patient (65y, Male) had an Implant of Lumbar 4-5 level which then resulted in having malfunction (implant failure) and another surgery to correct that failure which again caused an implant failure. This is the MRI (the link, Picture can't be added for some reason) that was taken after 6 months of the surgeries but the Lumber 4-5 part doesn't look so good to me.
