Only index fingers turn yellow?

When I am in somewhat chilly weather, even for a very short time, both of my index fingers turn bright yellow. This ONLY happens to my index fingers. Poor circulation, fine... but why only this finger?

Raynaud's syndrome. It's a spasm of the blood vessels that shuts off circulation.
