How common are cysts and/or "Fatty deposits" or lymphomas? what causes them and can get rid of them?

if have something that looks like a swollen mosquito bite on center of upper back, but is not red or irritated, just looks like it has swollen a bit, but again, is maybe only the size of a large pimple. how serious and how common are these? what causes them and how to get rid of them? btw, forgot to add it is not sore and just noticed it about a few weeks ago, but maybe have had it much longer, as it doesn't feel irritated, I had thought it was maybe just like a cysts or a pimple

The word is "lipoma" for a fatty cyst. (Lymphoma is a type of cancer.) Cysts are fairly common and lipomas aren't rare, either. You get rid of them by seeing a dermatologist and having them removed. They numb the skin, remove the cyst or lipoma and then stitch it up. It can be done in the doctor's office. You can watch it being done on Youtube -- "Dr. Pimple Popper."

It's an acne cyst. Anything else wouldn't be palpable or at skin level.
