Can I legally sell kits of other peoples DIYs?

I want to review DIYs on YouTube. I also want to sell kits based on said DIYs. The kits would only be the materials, ready to be assembled, no instructions. They'd have to go to the of the original source of the DIY to figure out how to put them together. I would not brand them at all they'd simply be the pre-bought and measured supplies to make the DIY.

If you are making and selling somebody else's design in flatpack form, you are potentially in breach. You should ask the originator if they are happy for you to copy their work, but they may feel entitled to a cut of your profits.
