Can you use the black corrugated solid drain pipe for hvac in a house? If not, what are the reasons? (Besides building codes)?

The corrugations will collect dust and debris that falls into your returns and be impossible to clean effectively. They’ll also be noisy as the corrugations will cause turbulence.

No. The pipe doesn't keep heat in or out,
