Hello, can anyone tell me what kind of pitcher plant this is. Also it has just been leaves,no pitchers for a year now.Whats wrong with it?

Maybe not warm enough climate where you are for pitcher plants. Do any other gardens near you have pitcher plants? Do they produce pitchers? Ask at a local garden centre.
