I have a LG Dryer Model # DLE1501W. Does not heat. What are the possible problem(s)?

Is the tumbler turning? No, likely a bad door switch or a bad blower thermostat or a bad blower motor or the belt is broken. Yes, there are plenty of reasons. Bad heating element, heating element thermostat, bad safety thermostat, bad circuit board, bad moisture sensor, etc etc. Check the manual and see if it has a diagnostic mode. Some models will tell you the codes right away. Clean the lint filter and the ducts on the back of the dryer. See if the dryer runs in timer mode (not auto). If it does, just run it in timer mode and use it until it finally quits. Good luck.
