Help on silkworms and bearded dragons - Please help :)))?

I am soon getting a bearded dragon and i could really use some information on what to how many silkworms to feed a day to a baby and a adult bearded dragon, i would appreciate some help in the basics on keeping silkworms, like how long do i have to feed them off and what to feed them -thx :)))
