Lights go out and I have a pet turtle?
So we are going to get a really bad snow storm and the may has a good chance of going out.. I have a yellow belly turtle and what should I do if the power goes out? His water cant be too cold, it has to be warm.. The hot water would be out and the stove wouldn't work..

Unless your house temperature gets below 70F, the turtle will be fine as long as he has a way to get completely out of the water.

Prepare, if you want to keep that turtle alive take steps and use what you have to do so. Propane, open fire, you have many options.
