Is it painful to wear shackles?

Is it physically painful to wear full-body shackles-I mean the kind that bind your arms and legs?On scale of 1-10,how painful are they?

Not that bad, just embarrassing. Heavy.

It should be 0. Unless they don't know how to set the double lock correctly.
