Now that the EU is forming a United EU Army will the separate EU states in NATO be replaced by this singular united EU army?

22 of NATOs member states are a part of EU as it is out of the 29, will those countries (excluding the UK) all be united and represented as 1 unit in NATO? I don't see how the EU army would conflict with NATO any more than the USA's united federal army of US states conflicts. The EU is almost a sovereign country on its own, as a country of countries they ought to have their own army, the UK has a army and it also is a union of separate countries acting as one under the British Crown.

Every time most EU countries send their troops into a war zone ,they appear to put limits on the chain of command and even what each of their own troops will be allowed to do -- such forces are not efficient fighting forces

?

Probably not. Don't expect a lot though.
